How We Serve
Medicare is a wildly confusing topic for almost everyone! All year long we help people understand how the pieces fit together and what their options are.
Not everyone needs or wants help with retirement planning. Either way, we enroll clients in programs that allow them to take gains when the markets go up, but not take losses—and will guarantee them lifetime income from that money. The income continues as long as our client lives, even after the money has been depleted. This is very much a topic of safety for us. We provide contractual guarantees and safety for our clients and their money.
The government says 70% of us will need some form of long-term care. Medicare does not cover long-term care. There have been many changes during the last few years to help cover the high cost of long-term care and we help clients explore their options.
Whether the goal is to replace income, provide a legacy or simply cover final expenses, we have many options from highly rated, long-standing insurance companies.
Accelerated Debt Elimination
So many people in our country feel that they are in bondage because of debt. We are able to help our clients accelerate their debt reduction to an average of 9 years, including the mortgage, without spending extra money. As a result of debt elimination, we’re able to help our clients increase their cash flow and, in many cases, accumulate wealth.
With legacy planning, sometimes called wealth transfer, we help you set up and efficiently manage the transfer of assets to your heirs, including assets that you don't need today.
I met David about three years ago when he opened his Baker City office. Since then he has become a close friend and advisor. I truly appreciate how much he cares about his clients and I don't hesitate to refer my friends to him when they are in need of his services.

I met with David in January of 2021 and had several questions regarding my husband and my insurance policies. He answered my questions in a very clear and concise way, and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything I needed to know. Thank you, David!
